At Beebi Design we are currently working on expanding our expertise to create a ‘stand-out build-to-rent scheme’ focusing on home renovations and building large scale developments. Our main approach is to provide an unparalleled tenancy experience, as well as ensuring
the location and neighbourhood is prosperous and integrated which means that we are not only builds houses, but communities as well. Our visions are going one step further than merely designing fantastic houses or flats. We are trying to create mini communities within their developments by including features such as communal areas where people can hang out and socialise together: from gyms to lounges and games rooms to co-working spaces.
Maida Vale
Describe as “a place of reflection and sanctuary from the city”.The design scheme of this three-floor
penthouse features an unanimously
Scandinavian-inspired design by using a neutral color scheme with tasteful accents, and light materials to achieve a homey and relaxed interiors. We focussed heavily on natural, earthy tones with lots of warm textured wood. The use of multiple shades gives a scattering of
warmth and variation throughout, which enhances the relaxed feel
of the home, whilst maintaining most of its original features.

Kensington Mansion
Situated amongst the garden squares of East Earl’s Court, our transformation of this three bedroom apartment in a Victorian mansion block shows how a sleek and contemporary design can really bring out the best of your property. A new kitchen, bathroom and fireplace allowed us to reinstate this flat back to its former glory. A Nest thermostat linked to smart phones brings a sense of luxury technology
into the flat while bespoke built in wardrobes, designed and built by our team, allowing for ultimate space utility.

Randolph Avenue
A modern transformation of a classic London top floor flat, our team turned this single bedroom dwelling
into a modern two floor maisonette with three bedrooms, effectively doubling the available floor space to 1,300 sq. ft. We removed the original roof on the property and built
an additional floor on top, while also completely remodelling the space. We created vast amounts of storage and wardrobe space without impacting on the usable floor area. Despite space constraints, we were able to incorporate en-suites to all bedrooms; two of these were compact, allowing for larger bedrooms, while still offering the functionality necessary for bathrooms.
